Athlete-Led Action Sports Photography for Lynx Snowmobiles

Shot for Lynx Snowmobiles with athlete Ross Robinson, this project focused on high-energy snowmobiling in the backcountry outside McCall, Idaho. The pairing of helicopter and snowmobile was driven purely by spectacle, creating bold, attention-grabbing imagery designed to stop viewers mid-scroll. We creating a dynamic visual dialogue between machine, athlete, and terrain and approached the photography with an action-first mindset, prioritizing speed, motion, and proximity to convey the intensity of riding at pace. Using directional light, snow spray, and blur, the imagery emphasizes momentum and physicality. The result is a set of visuals built around energy, precision, and the raw experience of riding in open backcountry terrain.
